My name is Sally and I’m a physiotherapist who has worked in an inpatient hospital setting for about 5 years with mainly neurological & stroke rehabilation speciality. I enjoy finding creative ways through exercises to improve a person’s movement disorder, as well as empower them to gain independence and increase quality of life.
